Policy
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Bottles must be unused and in original packaging.
- We offer returns for exchange only unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- We do not provide refunds for products unless they are faulty.
- All Hapi Bottles are protected against manufacturing defects for up to 2 years after purchase.
- Free return will be provided in the instance of a bottle that has manufacturing defects. Hapi Bottles will not offer free return for any other instance, therefore cost of return must be covered by the customer.
- We require proof of purchase for any returns requested.
- As long as the Hapi Bottle(s) has not been used, we will issue an exchange once the item has been received by us at our warehouse.
- Hapi Bottles cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
- Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging, use the bottle or damage it in any way. We cannot issue a refund if the product is not returned in a saleable state.
- If any Hapi Bottles products are damaged in transit to you, then we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at support@hapibottles.com and provide images of the damage.
- Please do not send any damaged products back to us. Please contact us directly to process the return.
